Mother’s Grace has been designated as a Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO) for tax years 2025 and 2026.

Your Arizona Tax Credit — Three Simple Steps

Step 1 — Choose your donation amount

Up to $987 for married filing jointly
Up to $495 for single filers

Step 2 — Make your donation (choose one option)

Option A: Donate directly to Mother’s Grace https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=6PMZ2XBFKBE6C
Option B: Donate through AZ Tax Credit Funds https://aztaxcreditfunds.com/qualified-charitable-organizations/#l-onlineDonationForm
On the form:
- Select Tax Year 2025 (or 2026)
- Choose “Organization of my choosing”
- Enter QCO Code 22563 and your donation amount

Step 3 — Claim it on your Arizona tax return Use Arizona Form 321 and list

Input the Mothers Graces unique QCO Code: 22563
Your donation amount

You receive that amount back dollar-for-dollar on your Arizona state refund.
Arizona law allows donations made in calendar year 2025, or from January 1–April 15, 2026, to be claimed on your 2025 return.
